Imerja ForeSight offers customers specially discounted day rates for Imerja professional services by pre-ordering a pool of days which can be used on a call off basis as required.
With an annual ForeSight contract customers can call on Imerja resources when they need them to assist with ongoing development work, troubleshooting, installation and project services, or general consultancy and advice.
Whilst ForeSight is not a replacement for a formal support contract, customers not covered by Imerja m|four support services can choose to use days for ad hoc support should the need arise (note: these instances will be treated on a reasonable endeavours basis and do not offer a guaranteed SLA that a formal support contract provides).
ForeSight days are available for use at any time during usual office hours (9:00 to 17:30 excluding weekends and public holidays) subject to sufficient notice being given for Imerja to schedule the required resource. Days may be utilised outside of office hours and at short notice (based on resource availability) subject to discretionary surcharge dependant on the specific timing and resource requirement.
If the ForeSight pool is exhausted before the end of the contract term, additional days may be purchased on an ad hoc basis at the same discounted day rate during the balance of the contract term. Alternatively, taking out a further ForeSight contract will provide a further pool of days and a discounted rate applied to the next calendar year.
Unused days at the end of the contract term may be carried forward without penalty subject to the award of an equivalent (or larger) ForeSight contract.
