Imerja shortlisted for award

Bolton-based Imerja, the IT solutions and managed services provider, has been shortlisted in the CRN Channel Awards 2012. The awards celebrate the latest technology innovations and advancements, recognising the achievements of the UK IT channel industry over the past twelve months. Imerja has been shortlisted in the Specialist Reseller of the Year category for its work with public sector clients. The managed services expert boasts an impressive array of customers, such as Lancashire NHS Care Foundation Trust, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue, Essex County Council and Durham University. Recent public sector projects from Imerja include the overhauling of internet security for three Manchester academies, and delivering a pioneering remote stroke diagnosis service for the Lancashire and Cumbria cardiac and stroke network in partnership with Virgin Media Business.
The awards ceremony takes place on the 15th November, with 1,750 guests expected to attend. Ian Jackson, managing director at Imerja, commented: “We’re very proud of our public sector offerings.
