Imerja approved across all Lots on G-Cloud 5
By Mark Evans 23rd May 2014
G-Cloud, set up by the Government Procurement Service, allows public sector organisations to quickly and easily procure cloud IT services from approved suppliers. To win a place on the framework, suppliers must go through a rigorous selection process, ensuring that only trusted providers with sufficient capability and expertise are selected.
Imerja has been on the G-Cloud framework since 2010, and is delighted to have again been successful in its application, this time securing approved supplier status across all four lots:
Lot 1 – Infrastructure as a Service
Lot 2 – Platform as a Service
Lot 3 – Software as a Service
Lot 4 – Specialist Cloud Services
Fully accredited to ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001 and an approved N3 Supplier, Imerja provides services to government, blue light and healthcare organisations to IL2 & IL3. Its long list of clients includes the likes of Lancashire Healthcare, Liverpool Women’s, Alder Hey and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Trusts, Essex County Council, Knowsley MBC, London Borough of Lambeth and Westminster City Council.
Mark Evans, commercial director at Imerja, commented: “G-Cloud is an important framework which continues to transform how IT services can be procured by public sector buyers. It is helping to create a level playing field for smaller and more dynamic providers able to deliver innovation and best value to the public sector, helping to improve services and reduce costs.”
