Trafford Housing Trust
Trafford Housing Trust (THT) took over ownership and management of Trafford Council’s 10,000 homes in March 2005, with a commitment to deliver £468.5 million of investment in homes and services over 30 years. Set up as an independent local housing company by Trafford Council it exists to supply and manage quality affordable homes and give housing advice and support to people in housing need, primarily in the Trafford area.

Trafford Housing Trust
THT is independent from the Council. The Trust is a not-for-profit body with all of its income and any surpluses put back into Housing, Housing Services and the development of neighbourhoods in Trafford.
Following a consultation exercise involving other suppliers THT selected Imerja to provide a Hardware Maintenance & Monitoring Service covering its Head Office and eight outlying sub offices located around the district.
Although delivered as a single package the service is comprised of two distinct components: the Hardware Maintenance service includes:

The Monitoring Service provides the Trust with:

Pro-active SNMP management of networking equipment

On-site support to resolve interoperability problems and configuration issues

Annual vulnerability assessment
The service was delivered as a complete end to end package allowing the Trust’s own support staff to concentrate on running the business and not be distracted in the day to day support of the underlying infrastructure. By working closely with the Trust’s own support staff, Imerja helps underpin activities that ensure the tenants receive the best possible service.
