Imerja first engaged with Chelsea and Westminster on a firewall refresh project. With over 2,200 employees and high usage demands on the corporate network, the need to protect timely and sensitive patient data, and ensure firewalls do not create a bottleneck in the smooth flow of information, is crucial for the trust.

Imerja was appointed to provide a solution and recommended utilising the latest technology from Crossbeam, which provides an increased port density, multi-Gigabit throughput speeds and single management interface. The solution has freed up more time and resources for staff to concentrate on other mission critical activities.

Imerja has continued to work closely with the Trust providing solutions based on Extreme Networks, RSA and Check Point technologies, as well as technical consultancy, support and management services.
