Imerja is delighted to announce the launch of our new m|four services framework, providing customers with a portfolio of cost effective IT support and management services that is scaleable depending on each business’ unique requirements, and that can adapt as their needs change.

m|four has been developed in response to a growing trend to consolidate operational support and management of voice and data communications solutions. As organisations become ever more dependent on a wider range of technology, particularly with increasing emphasis on remote working and business agility, there is continued pressure to streamline services, deliver better returns on investment and focus internal resource on the core business rather than IT management.

By offering a simple framework approach that incorporates new and developing areas of technology and communications, Imerja’s m|four suite enables companies to save money through reduced  IT implementation costs, maintain day-to-day business continuity and enable employees to securely access information, wherever they may be.

Ian Jackson, managing director of Imerja, said: “Business’ needs and the IT landscape are constantly evolving so it is important that organisations are able to adjust quickly and efficiently to meet these requirements.  The m|four framework is flexible and scalable so businesses can implement appropriate services as and when necessary. Such flexibility will also guarantee that the IT communications network continues to be as cost effective and reliable as possible, with businesses realizing greater savings through economies of scale as they introduce m|four across their wider IT estate.

“Combining all the various aspects into a clear framework makes m|four so much more than a standard services package, offering everything from basic hardware support through to complete management of a complex end to end ICT infrastructure that will continue to meet customers’ evolving requirements.”
