Customers are supported from Imerja’s 24x7 network operations centre which is resilient across two sites, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO9001 certified, N3 approved and meets Government Connect Code of Connection and PCI standards. This enables Imerja to deliver total assurance to its customers that legislative requirements are addressed, and that compliance is built into every solution and service delivered.

Every employee within Imerja undergoes a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (previously known as Enhanced CRB check) during their probation, a process which is repeated every three years, with all ISOC personnel being CTC Checked; in addition Imerja also has a number of SC Checked engineers including some with special clearance to work with the MoD and within other national infrastructure environments.
