ISOC Operators work within Imerja's secure 24x7 NOC environment - the Imerja Secure Operations Centre, or ISOC.
Working as part of an expanding team, ISOC Operators are engaged in the support, monitoring and management of customer networks using Imerja’s system management toolsets and processes. The Operator's role is to provide first line support in the ISOC and to ensure the continuous smooth operation of the ICT support services provided.
Candidates will have a minimum of two year’s background in IT support, ideally in an operations support role (NOC) working shifts outside of normal working hours. The role is ideally suited to an individual who has chosen a career in a Network / Security Operations Centre and is already comfortable working unsociable hours. The role involves working a rota combining shifts that will cover out of business hours periods.
All applicants must be able to prove they are eligible to work in the UK. Any permanent appointment is subject to satisfactory references, DBS check and obtaining clearance to HMG CTC.
